Technology firm LG have made an IPS monitor that’s so damn good they made people think the elevator floor was crumbling beneath them. You can watch the hilariously cruel prank here…
One of the many irrational phobias that people have is that an elevator might fall leading to a quick, but surely painful death. So naturally, LG decided to play on this while also demonstrating the life-like features of their new screens, which in fairness results in nearly two minutes of voyeuristic pleasure.
As soon as the elevator door closes the grid of nine screens on the floor turns from bright florescent white to images of the ground crumbling away. Some people instantly jump at the thought of imminent death, while others look a little more confused than scared sh*tless.
You might be wondering what the tagline to the new life-like screens is? Well, we can’t imagine it took them to much time coming up with “So Real, It’s Scary,” once they finished this little prank.
