You would have thought that Lionel Messi would be above criticism from the Barcelona fanbase, but that clearly isn’t so.
The Argentinian striker came in for dog’s abuse at the airport as his side flew out from Valencia in the wake of their 2-1 defeat to Real Madrid in the Cope del Rey final.
The fans suggested that Messi take an energy drink as he ran around less than Jose Pinto, the Barcelona goalkeeper, at which point one of the best players in the history of the game stares his accuser out of it.
