Here we have a video of a motorbike rider over in the US as he learns the hard way that when something in front of you slows down, you should too. Especially if it’s pulling a trailer…
We love our cars here at JOE, but we have a bit of a strange relationship with motorbikes. Now, there’s nothing wrong with them. They just have a tendency to put you in hospital.
The original video of this crash was taken down from YouTube for whatever reason, so here’s a slightly longer version that was only uploaded recently.
Here’s what the cameraman had to say about it: “Out for a group ride. I had never met the guy who was riding the ZX-10 before. As I was slowing down he was still going fast and said he never saw the trailer. The GoPro camera is mounted to the front of my Ducati 848 Evo. He survived the crash with only a broken arm and broken leg however he was airlifted to the hospital.”
And that’s why we think four wheels are better than two.
