One boat owner in New Zealand came up with a very innovate way to put out a fire on a stranded boat, and it actually looks quite fun. Watch out for the salty NSFW language.
Boat fires are difficult things to put out. Just imagine the vessel you were travelling on burst into flames; what do you do? There’s water all around you, but there’s no way of getting it into the boat itself. Unless you have another boat…
The fire fighting boat owner in question simply drove up to the fiery vessel and tore past it sending a big waves splashing into the flames. The first run douses most of the fire, but another three passes and the flames practically subside.
It’s a genius quick-fix solution to a difficult problem.
