While reporting on the Valentine’s Day weather forecast, news anchor Danielle Grant made this slight, but hilarious, cock-up.
We’re partial to a good news anchor cock-up and RTÉ’s Aengus Mac Grianna has provided us with some hilarious clips recently. However, this time around we found a clip from US where weather/news reporter Danielle Grant (right) had a bit of a Freudian slip of the tongue, so to speak.
Instead of saying ‘slow and steady wins the race’, Grant came out with: “slow and slutty wins the race”. In fairness, Grant reels it back in like a pro and lets her co-anchor get on with the show.
