Two teenage crooks defined the term ‘smash and grab’ on Sunday morning when they literally destroyed the side of a convenience store only to walk away with a few packs of smokes and some liquor.
On the morning of Sunday October 21, a Ford F-250 pick-up was used as a battering ram to break into The Wishing Well Gas Station and Convenience Store in Michigan. It was manned by two young crooks who decided the bold and brash approach was much better than sneaking in unnoticed. Skip to 0.35 seconds to see the initial smash and grab.
It also looks like the guy who gets out of the truck was off his face on something as he stumbles around and eventually smashes a liquor bottle on the floor for no apparent reason. He must not have liked the brand.
One of the crooks, Travis William Malone, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering a building with intent, a 10-year felony. His buddy, however, is still at large.
