With just two RC Ford Mustangs, an RC helicopter, some lots of cardboard and a dab of hot glue, the guys from Final Cut King managed to recreate a car chase that’s worthy of being in either Bullitt or Ronin, or both.
It’s a great chase scene with everything you could imagine; tyre-shredding drifts, close contact racing, the utter destruction of helpless tables and chairs and even an aerial attack from a chopper thrown in for good measure.
It really is a great piece of footage and it just goes to show what you can do with some cardboard, two remote control cars, a copy of Adobe After Effects and a little bit of patience.
