In some sports, spectating can be just as dangerous as competing, take rally driving for example. However, who knew volleyball could be so dangerous for all involved?
At this high school volleyball game in Iowa, a player from Holy Trinity Catholic school manages to kill to birds with one volleyball as she knocks over one of the opposing team’s players and also a fan in one fell swoop.
The ball comes thundering down on top of the opposing player – who’s obviously no good at dodge ball – knocking her straight to the ground. However, the ball hadn’t finished with the destruction of the opposing team. It bounces off the face of the player where it then bounces out to the sideline and trips up a fan.
It was a cruel turn of events, but a pretty funny one all the same. It was a two for one shot after all.
