A change is coming though.
The last few days have been absolutely brilliant for bringing the sweat out of Irish people and creating some terrible tan lines.

The potential for things like that to happen will last a bit longer because the mini-heatwave we’re in the middle of is likely to last for a few more days.
Met Eireann say Thursday and Friday will be similar to the recent good spell with sunshine expected across the country.
However, there’s going to be a change on Saturday with temperature dropping as low as 9°C.
If you’ve been working inside all week, we imagine the news will hurt just a little bit.
Don’t worry though, the summer is coming and we’ll have a few days of sunshine then as well.
