Met Éireann issues Yellow Weather Warning for West of Ireland

It’s going to be wet and wild in the whest tonight…

Ireland’s national weather forecaster, Met Éireann, has issued a Yellow Weather warning for the west of the country that will remain in place until 6am tomorrow morning.

The areas affected include Connacht, Donegal, Clare, Cork, Kerry and Limerick.

Here’s what Met Éireann has to say: “West to southwest winds will reach mean speeds of 50 to 64 km/hr and will gust 90 to 109 km/hr this evening and tonight.”
