His antics have been nipped in the bud.
The Kilkenny’s hurlers had their homecoming in Nowlan Park on Monday evening and all the talk afterwards was about a streaker that crashed the party.
The guy ran across the pitch in front of approximately 10,000 fans before being caught by gardai, Edel Meighan got a snap of that moment.

The guy was at Kilkenny District Court yesterday where he convicted of engaging in threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour, according to the Irish Independent.
The guy’s solicitor told the court: “He had too much to drink and was overcome by exuberance. He wants to apologise to everyone that was present and to the gardai and the court.”
The man was ordered to carry out 80 hours of community service instead of six weeks in prison and he was also fined €200 for being intoxicated in a public place.
