Luckily, House of Cards launches on Netflix on Friday and we’re not moving off the couch for the weekend.
Why? Because it’s going to be bitterly cold.

Isolated wintry showers will continue on Friday night, with temperatures between zero and +2 degrees.

Saturday will be mostly dry and bright, but cold, with night-time temperatures falling as low as -4 degrees. A frosty start to Sunday will soon turn to showers of rain, sleet and snow in Ulster and Leinster.
Monday will be very cold again, but dry.
