The weather forecast for the rest of the Bank Holiday weekend brings mixed news

Tony Cuddihy

It’s mostly good, so don’t worry.

The next few days will see very mixed weather, according to Met Éireann.

“Sunday will be dry during the morning with a mix of cloud and some sunshine,” said a spokesperson.

“A lot of dry weather too for the afternoon and evening, with some sunshine, but there will be a scattering of showers too, these mostly light though.

“Highest temperatures of 18 or 19 degrees in a mostly moderate westerly breeze.”

Rain will affect Munster, as well as much of Connacht and Leinster, on Bank Holiday Monday. Ulster will remain mainly dry.
