With the temperatures dropping by the day, the folks over at Ladbrokes have cut their odds on the country waking up to a snow-covered winter wonderland on Christmas Day.
Temperatures could get as low as -4°C over the weekend and, with average temperatures in Dublin the lowest since 2010, it seems like a snowy Christmas isn’t out of the question.
Dublin and Cork’s odds have been cut from 5/1 down to 4/1 so we have bought every onesie available in Penneys, just so we’re prepared if we do experience scenes similar to The Day After Tomorrow.
Shannon has also dropped to 4/1 from 9/2 and it seems that Belfast is the most likely place to snow with their odds being tightened to 3/1.

We’ve made a special request to Santa for a couple of days of snow so we reckon it’s a sure thing. Just a couple though Santa, not too many mind you…
