Jeez, we just can’t catch a break with this weather…
You may have read about the cold weather forecast for the coming days, and it seems as if it’s hit Ireland already.
This image taken in Kildare shows that it’s been falling rather heavily in last while as we get some of 2016’s first snow showers.

There’s also been some snow showers in Wicklow as the cold weather starts to cover the country in its chilly grip. They seem to be mainly concentrated on higher ground at the minute but be careful when travelling on potentially slippery roads.
