There are some people that absolutely detest the snow because it makes their commute harder and feet colder. They probably hated Bouli and Pingu also.
This lack of enthusiasm though is more than made up for by the absolutely people that adore the snow. You know the types. People that get over-excited and run out of their front door at the very first sight of a snowflake falling.
