The weather outlook for the next week is too bloody good

Carl Kinsella

What is happening?

It’s not even June yet and Ireland has already had what feel’s like its annual supply of sunshine – and the good news is that the rays are set to beam down on us all week long.

BBC weatherman Barra Best has kept the good news coming via his Twitter account, first tweeting that tomorrow is set to be sunny from Derry to Dublin all the way down to Cork:

Not only is tomorrow set to be a scorcher, but suncream sales will be through the roof all week long with temperatures set to stay above 18 degrees on average from now until Friday.

While the weather will cool slightly as the week progress, there’s still no end in sight to this sunny spell.

Long may it continue.
