The weather Gods are throwing the kitchen sink at us this week.
Only days after some of the best weather we’ve had in ages, parts of Ireland have been hit with thunderstorms and spot flooding this week and the strange conditions are set to continue for the foreseeable future.
While it’s wet, it’s still pretty warm and humid out and temperatures are set to remain in the high teens between now and the weekend.
It feels a lot warmer than that, mind.

According to Met Éireann, Wednesday will be bright and sunny in the morning before widespread showers in the evening and the same mix of sunshine and showers will continue throughout Thursday.
Friday and Saturday will be warm and dry for the most part with temperatures hitting close to 20 degrees, but more rain will arrive on Saturday night and hang around for parts of Sunday, when the distinctly clammy conditions will continue.
In short then, warm enough for a t-shirt, but bring your umbrella everywhere.
